Research interests
I am interested in the development and analysis of efficient algorithms for problems from diverse application areas. Our main algorithmic approach is to exploit structure of typical input data to obtain efficient algorithms for practically relevant data.
- Computational complexity
- Parameterized algorithms
- Algorithm engineering
- Dense subgraphs and clique relaxations
- Social and biological networks
- Hard problems in Data Science and Machine Learning
